Decorate With A Valentine's Day Garland
by Leslie Sausage - leslie@frugalhomemaker.com

Description: Ideas for making a homemade Valentine's day garland.

This is an easy and fun decorating idea!

Supplies:

Valentine's Day cards
Red, pink, purple, lavender or white construction paper
Single hole-punch
Scissors
Red ribbon or yarn
Cellophane tape
Wire, optional

Directions:

Gather some Valentine's cards. Cut hearts from the different colors of construction paper. Punch two holes in the top of each paper heart and each card. String the hearts and cards on a length of red ribbon to make a garland.

Use a small piece of tape on the back across the holes and ribbon to keep the hearts and cards in place on the garland. Alternate between hearts and cards, leaving a little space between them.

If the garland is going to be very long, add wire with the ribbon or yarn for more strength.

Enjoy!
