I can't stress enough the importance of reading the fine print carefully
on refund forms.
If you don't abide by these details you usually won't receive your
refund. So many refunders (those sending in proofs of purchase and
refund forms for freebies, coupons, and/or money back.) Neglect to take
the time to read the fine print on the refund form and thus have their
refund refused.
Here are some details to check out:
*Whether you can send for more than one offer or are restricted to only
one per household or address.
*Whether it's open to groups or only for individuals.
*Whether you can use your post office box (if that's where you receive
your mail) or whether the refund is sent only to street or rural
addresses.
*Whether the offer must be postmarked by the date on it or whether it
must be received by the clearing house by that date.
*Whether any P/H charges must be sent.
*Whether you can photocopy the refund form or whether this is prohibited.
*Whether the offers is only valid in specific states.
*Whether the products used for proofs must be purchased only by the
person sending for the refund.
