Homemade Dusting Spray

I am always looking for easy homemade household cleaning products to make. There are some great all purpose cleaners you can make that fit almost every cleaning task you might encounter, but dusting spray is a product that you can't really replace with a all-purpose household cleaner.

You want to clean and polish your wood, but not saturate it with too much water. This recipe uses olive oil to give your wood furniture a nice polished shine.

2 tsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. lemon or orange essential oil*
1/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. distilled water

* You can purchase essential oils at stores like Walmart or online at Amazon.

Combine above ingredients in a clean empty spray bottle. Apply to wood furniture with a soft clean cloth as you would any dusting spray.

This mixture will keep for a couple of months, then discard and make a new batch.
