How to Get Rid of Fire Ants

Description: Reader tip for getting rid of fire ants.

Sponsors:

Store human urine in a gallon plastic container. (Use the same lid put on loosely to keep down odor!) After about a week, pour the urine into and around the ant nest. This will make the ants leave pretty quick. Repeat if necessary, but it worked the first time around for me.

Later, you can water the area, which will send the urine deeper into possible ant hide-outs...Margaret
