Cleaning Silk Drapes

Tip #1: Carefully clean spot with clean dry cloth and rubbing alcohol. Immediately blow dry area with hair dryer.

Tip #2: I got brand spankin' new pinch pleated, silk drapes. Got a very small spot on them. Tried to clean with just water and a white cloth. By morning there was a dark ring around the area. Tried again and it left a bigger ring. I found this web site from Googling and tried the rubbing alcohol. Worked like a charm! The ring is gone and the spot is gone! Whew!!...Krissy
