Cleaning Sippy Cup Lids

Q: Does anyone have any good tips for cleaning the insides of the lids of sippy cups? I don't like to wash them in the dishwasher, and have a hard time getting them completely clean.

Tip #1: I use a very small paintbrush to clean all the really hard to clean spaces with bleach and soap. My sister in law told me this one.

Tip #2: Try using q tips or pipe cleaners to clean these lids...Margaret
