Ingredients:
4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp garlic soy sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp corn oil
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp ground ginger
Sharwood's Peanut Sauce
Cooking Instructions:
Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips and thread them onto thin wooden skewers. Mix the soy sauce, lemon juice, corn oil, sugar, chili powder and ginger together and pour over the skewers. Coat well and leave to marinate for 2 hours. Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning and brushing with the marinade. Serve with warmed-up Sharwood's Peanut Sauce.
