1 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened) 1 lb. processed cheddar cheese-mild 1 lb. butter or margarine |
3 lbs. powdered sugar- 3 boxes 4 cups walnuts-chopped 4 tsp. vanilla 1 lb. dry powdered milk, 2 cups |

Instructions: |
| Leave cheese out of refrigerator overnight at room temperature to soften. Mix all ingredients together with hands (preferably clean). Form into roll or press in flat pans and chill. Cut into slices or squares. Keep cool until used. Keeps very well. |
