1 lb. cream cheese
3 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla |
1 box Nilla wafers
1 cup cherry pie filling
cupcake liners |

Instructions: |
| Mix first four ingredients together with a mixer; put 1 wafer in bottom of cupcake liner and fill half full with cream cheese mixture. Top with pie filling (about 3 cherries to each cupcake). Bake at 350 degrees for 17 minutes. |
