Ingredients:
1 egg, slightly beaten
3 tbsp. tapioca
2 3/4 c. milk
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. vanilla
Cooking Instructions:
Mix egg, sugar, tapioca, salt, and milk in sauce pan. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil. Remove from heat. Add vanilla. Let stand 15 to 20 minutes. Stir. Makes 4 or 5 servings.
