Ingredients:
8 medium potatoes (red or brown)
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1/2 c. sliced stuffed green olives
1/2 lb. cooked, crumbled bacon
1 lb. processed cheese food, cubed
Cooking Instructions:
Cook potatoes in their jackets in unsalted water. Cube into large pieces. Combine mayonnaise and all remaining ingredients except bacon. Place in a casserole dish and sprinkle bacon on top. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
