Ingredients:
2 c. sugar
2 c. honey
2/3 c. cold water
1/8 tsp. salt
Cooking Instructions:
Boil sugar, honey, and water to brittle stage (288 degrees F). Add salt. Put in buttered pan to cool. When cooled, pull with hands until white. Cut into chunks.
