Ingredients:
1/3 cup milk
1 (10-1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
2 pounds potatoes, peeled, cooked and cubed
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 cup shredded natural Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
Cooking Instructions:
In saucepan, stir milk into soup. Add potatoes and mushrooms; heat. Stir in cheese; heat and stir till melted.
