Ingredients:
1/2 cup flour
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2-1/2 to 3-1/2 pounds chicken, cut up
1/4 cup oil
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix with mushrooms
1 cup dry white wine
water
Cooking Instructions:
Combine flour, salt and pepper in paper bag. Shake chicken pieces to coat. Brown chicken well on all sides in skillet. Sprinkle with onion soup; pour in white wine. Add a little water; cover and simmer until tender, about 45 minutes.
