Ingredients:
1 (1 lb.) can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
1 red-skinned apple, cored and chopped
2 tablespoons sliced green onions
1 teaspoon caraway seed
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salad dressing
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Cooking Instructions:
Combine sauerkraut, apple, green onion and caraway. Blend remaining ingredients together and pour over sauerkraut mixture. Toss to coat.
