Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 stick margarine, melted
3 eggs
1 cup coconut
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup pineapple (crushed)
1 (9 or 10-inch) pie shell (unbaked)
Cooking Instructions:
Combine sugar and melted margarine. Add flour, vanilla and eggs, one at a time. Add pineapple and coconut; mix well. Put in unbaked pie shell. Bake 50 minutes or until golden brown at 350 degrees.
