Barbecued Spareribs

Ingredients:
4 lbs. spareribs (or 7-bone beef roast cut into 2-inch cubes)
2 large onions, sliced
salt to taste
pepper to taste
3/4 cup ketchup
3/4 cup water
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon salt
7 drops hot sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon chili powder
Cooking Instructions:
Season meat with salt and pepper and place in a shallow roasting pan; cover with onions. Make the sauce by combining all remaining ingredients. Pour over meat and cover with foil. Bake in 350 degree oven for 90 minutes; uncover and cook for 20 minutes longer...do not baste.
