Ingredients:
3-1/2 cups thinly sliced radishes
1 cup plain yogurt
1 large clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Cooking Instructions:
Combine yogurt, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper and pour over radishes. Toss to coat. Cover and chill 1 to 3 hours before serving.
