Ingredients:
1 pound hamburger
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1 package taco seasoning
1 can chopped green chiles, drained
1 1/4 cups milk
3/4 cup Bisquick
3 eggs
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 cup jack or cheddar cheese, grated
Lettuce
Sour cream
Cooking Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate. Cook and stir beef and onion until brown and drain. Stir in seasoning. Spread in pie plate, top with chiles. Beat milk, baking mix, and eggs until smooth. Pour into plate. Bake 25 minutes and top with tomatoes and cheese. Bake until knife inserted between center and

edge comes out clean, about 8 to 10 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Top with sour cream, tomatoes, lettuce, and cheese.
