Ingredients:
2 c. cornbread mix
2 eggs
1 c. cream corn
1 c. grated cheese
1 1/4 c. milk		 1/4 c. sugar
4 to 7 jalapeno peppers (chopped)
1/4 c. oil
1 large onion (diced)
Cooking Instructions:
Mix altogether. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake in 11x14 pan, 350 degrees for 30-40 min.
