1/4 c. chopped green peppers 1 can whole kernel corn 1 box jiffy corn muffing mix 1/4 c. butter or margarine 1 can cream corn

1 small carton sour cream 2 t. onions 3 eggs 1 c. cheddar cheese |

Instructions: |

Saute peppers and onions in butter. Then pour in a casserole or baking dish. Add corn. Stir in eggs and then add muffin mix. Stir together. On top dab sour cream and cheddar cheese. Bake for 40 min. at 350 degrees. Let stand 10 min. before serving. |
