48 peaches 8 lemons |

Peel peaches and put in large roasting pan. Put a clove in the end of each peach. Pour sugar on top and then place the lemon slices over that. Place in a slow oven at 250 degrees for 3 hrs. Put in jars and pour juice over to fill jars. Seal at once. |
