Ingredients:
3 Tomatoes
3 Green Onions or 1/2 Dry Onion (chopped fine)
1 tsp. Oregano
1 large Cucumber		 Salt and Pepper to taste
2 T. Olive Oil
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
Cooking Instructions:
Quarter tomatoes and slice cucumber. Add onion, oil, lemon juice and seasonings and toss lightly.
