| Ingredients: |
1/4 C. Oil 2 C. Hot Water 1-4 oz. can Mushrooms 1-8 oz. pkg. cooked Shell Macaroni 1/4 C. Flour 1 T. Lemon Juice |
1/3 C. sliced, stuffed Olives 2 Bouillon Cubes 2 Cans Shrimp Salt and Pepper 1/2 C. Bread Crumbs |

Blend oil and flour well. Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water and gradually stir in oil mixture. Cook over low heat stirring until thick and smooth. Add salt and pepper, fold in the remaining ingredients except the bread crumbs and cook for an additinal 15 min. Let stand for 5 min. Pour into a greased casserolce. Sprinkle the bread crumbs that have been mixed with a little melted butter over the top. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 25 min. or until golden brown. |
