2 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli (chopped) 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 cup mayonnaise 2 eggs (well beaten) |
1 cup sharp grated cheese 4 T. chopped onion 4 T. butter 1/3 cup Ritz crackers (crushed) |

Cook broccoli for 5 minutes in salted walter and then drain. Combine soup, mayonnaise, eggs, cheese, pepper, and onion. Mix well. Add broccoli and mix, spoon into a lightly greased baking dish. Sprinkle with crushed crackers and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes in a 10-inch baking dish. |
