1 C. Sugar 1/2 C. Water |

Cook ingredients over low heat until syrup is almost gone. Spread on cookie sheet and sprinkle peanuts with salt. Bake 15 min. at 300 degrees, stir, bake 15 min. more, stir, bake 15 min. more. |
