2 T. salad or peanut oil 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of vegetable soup 1/4 cup water 2 tsp. soy sauce 2 cups cut up spinach Chow mein noodles |

Cook pork, celery, bean sprouts, mushrooms, and green onion in oil until meat is browned and vegetables are just tender. Blend in soup, water, soy sauce, and spinach. Heat; stir now and then. Serve over noodles. |
