1 C. seedless Raisins 1-1/2 C. Milk 1 C. Whipped Cream (whipped) 1 pkg. Jello Instant Vanilla Pudding or French Vanilla |
1/8 tsp. Cinnamon 1-9" baked Pie Shell 1 tsp. Lemon Juice |

Instructions: |
Pour boiling water over raisins to cover. Let stand 5 min.; drain well (by rolling raisins in paper towel). Prepare pudding with milk as on box. Chill; fold lemon juice, cinnamon and raisins, into prepared pudding. Spoon into pie shell. Chill 3 hours, garnish top with whipped cream before serving.
Keep refrigerated. |
