4 boned Chicken Breasts Dash of Salt, Pepper, Garlic Salt 1/2 C. Lemon Juice 1/4 C. Butter |
1 T. Parsley 1 jar Cara Mia Marinated Artichokes (hearts) Dash of Oregano and Basil 1/3 C. Dry White Wine |

Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Dredge in flour. Heat 1/4 C. butter. Brown chicken. Add oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and garlic salt. Heat. Add wine and lemon juice. Simmer 5 min. Add parsley and artichoke hearts. Serve over rice. |
