1 Chicken (3 C. diced) 1/2-3/4 C. Green Pepper 1-3/4 C. Chicken Broth & Fat (enough to make moist) Salt and Pepper 1 sm. can Mushrooms 1/4 Pint of Butter |
Cracker Crumbs 3 slice Pimento 2 hard boiled Eggs (diced) 2 cans Mushroom Soup 3/4 lb. Noodles |

Cook chicken and dice. Saute mushrooms, pimento and pepper in butter. Add following to hot cooked noodles: eggs, mushroom soup, chicken broth and fat, sauteed ingredients, chicken, salt and pepper to taste, cracker crumbs and butter over top. Bake 30 min. at 350 degrees. |
