2 pkgs. Chicken Breasts 1 pkg. Uncle Ben's Long Grain & Wild Rice 1/2 C. chopped Onion 1 C. chopped Celery |
2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 can sliced Water Chestnuts 3/4 C. Mayonnaise 1 C. Chicken Broth |

Simmer chicken until tender, cut in chunks. Mix all ingredients together, put in oblong casserole. Stand in refrigerator overnight. Bake 1-1/2 hrs. at 300 degrees. |
