2 strips bacon any leftover meat or Chinese sausage 2 T green onion, chopped 2 C leftover rice |
soy sauce, sprinkle till rice gets brown! 2-3 eggs 1/2 c bean sprouts |

Fry together the bacon and any leftover meat or Chinese sausage. The sausage should be in round strips. Add the green onion, rice and soy sauce. At the end, add the eggs. Push the mixture to one side and scramble the eggs till dry and then mix all together. Add bean sprouts last. |
