Ingredients:
1 env. dry yeast
1 c. milk
3 eggs
4 c. flour
5 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
Cooking Instructions:
Dissolve yeast in 2 tablespoons warm water with 1 tsp. sugar. Scald milk; add butter, sugar, and eggs. Add 2 c. flour and beat thoroughly. Add rest of flour gradually. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight. Four hours before baking, remove from refrigerator. Divide dough into 4 parts. Roll each in round about 1/4 inch thick. Brush with melted butter. Cut into segments like pie; roll each strip up, beginning at wide end and roll to point. Place on greased baking sheet; cover and let rise 4 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
