Instructions: |
Saute the following with no grease and no salt until lightly brown:
1 1/2 lb. hamburger 1 c. chopped onion 2 c. chopped celery
Put above ingredients into casserole dish then add following:
1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. hot water 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1/2 c. uncooked rice
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. When done, sprinkle with 1 large can Chinese noodles and bake 15 minutes more. |
