Instructions: |
Brown 1 lb. ground beef and 1/2 c. onion. Add:
1 can chicken rice soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. chopped celery 2 c. water 1/4 c. soy sauce 1 can mushrooms Green pepper (opt.) 1/2 c. uncooked rice Salt and pepper 1/2 can chow mein noodles
Mix all ingredients together. Place in baking dish and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
