Ingredients:
3 eggs
4 T. butter
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 t. salt
1 lb. mild cheddar cheese
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
Cooking Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in 9 x 13" baking dish in oven; remove. In large bowl, beat eggs well. Add flour, milk, baking powder and salt, mixing well. Add cheese and spinach, mix well. Spoon into baking dish and level off. Salt, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove and cool 45 minutes. Cut into squares.
Additional Comments:
These appetizers freeze well. To serve, defrost and reheat at 325 degrees for 12 minutes.
