6 large baking potatoes 1/2 pt. sour cream 1/2 c. bacon bits 1/2 cube butter, melted |
6 green onions, diced 1 c. crushed potato chips 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese salt and pepper, to taste |

Bake potatoes in foil until done. When cool enough to handle, cube potatoes (with skins). Combine potatoes, sour cream, bacon bits, butter and onions. Pour into casserole dish. Spread chips, then cheese on top. Bake at 375 degrees until done. |
