| Ingredients: |
1 bag fresh cranberries 1 large apple (red or green) 1 large orange, including rind 2 c. sugar |
1 large onion, minced 2-4* cloves garlic 2-4* jalapenos, seeded and minced

Seed apple and orange and cut into chunks. Place cranberries, apples and oranges in food processor and chop together. Stir in sugar, onion, garlic, and jalapeno. Mix well. Let stand 48 hours before eating. Salsa improves with age and freezes well. Can be canned- process 10 minutes in boiling water. |
