Cream Sauce: 2 T. butter 2 T. flour
1/2 t. salt 1 c. light cream

Instructions:
Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Add flour; blend well. Add salt and cream, stirring constantly while adding. Cook until thick; stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Serve over carefully cooked asparagus on buttered toast.
