1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide egg noodles 1 c. cottage cheese (large curd) 1 c. sour cream or 1 c. evaporated milk |
1 1/2 t. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 t. salt 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese Garlic |

Cook noodles until tender in 2 quarts of boiling water, salted. Drain. Combine drained noodles, cottage cheese, sour cream, garlic, and seasonings. Turn into buttered 2 quart casserole and sprinkle grated cheese over the top. Bake in moderate oven (375 degrees) for 25 minutes or until heated thoroughly. Makes 6 to 8 servings. |
