1 lb. ground beef 1/2 chopped onion 2 T. butter 1 env. taco seasoning mix 1 c. water |
1/4 c. taco sauce 12 tortillas 1 c. sour cream 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese 1/2 c. Velveeta cheese |

Brown onions in butter. Brown hamburger. Add taco seasoning mix, water, and taco sauce plus the onions to the hamburger; mix well. Spoon mix on softened tortillas. Roll up and place in 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover with sour cream and cheese. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Can be served with tomatoes. |
