12 graham crackers 1 can sour cherries 1 c. white sugar 3 T. cornstarch |
1 t. red food coloring 1/4 t. almond flavoring 1 c. cream, whipped 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows |

Instructions: |
Heat cherries, sugar, and cornstarch, stirring until thick. Remove from stove and add coloring and flavoring. Cool.
Meanwhile, crush graham crackers and line bottom of ungrased 9x9 inch dish with crumbs. Spread cool cherry mixture over crumbs. Whip cream and add marshmallows to cream. Spread over cherries. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving. |
