2 (18-20 oz.) rolls of chocolate chip cookie dough 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese |
1/2 cup sugar 2-1/2 teaspoons vanilla 2 eggs |

Press one roll of cookie dough in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking pan. Mix the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs well. Pour over cookie dough. Slice the other roll of dough and place slices on top of cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Cut into squares. |

| Found this recipe in a local radio station's cookbook. Made these cookie squares for a Father's Day gathering. My younger daughter baked them for a coffeebreak at her office. Next time, will try a chocolate roll on the bottom and a peanut butter roll on the top of the cream cheese mixture. Sounds good! |
