Ingredients:
4 cups chopped ham
1 large onion, sliced
1 cup vinegar
2 cups water
2 T. sugar
2 T. pickling spices
Cooking Instructions:
Mix ham, onion, vinegar, and water. Refrigerate overnight. Drain and add sugar and pickling spices to liquid. Bring to boil and simmer 20 minutes. Cool. Pour over ham and onions. Refrigerate 24 hours. Ready to serve.
