1 ripe banana medium size 1 (8 oz.) pkg. dried apples 2 cups granola 1 cup raisins 1 cup pitted prunes |
1/2 cup dried figs 1/2 cup pitted dates 1/2 cup dried apricots 1 1/2 cups flaked coconut |

Mash the banana and combine all items, except coconut, in food processor. Mix until it is all finely chopped and well blended. Form into 1 to 2-inch balls. Roll in coconut. Cover and store in the refrigerator. Makes about 5 dozen. These treats are good, nutritious, and contain nothing artificial--good wholesome food for anyone. |
