1 pound cubed, round steak 2 tablespoons fat 1-1/2 cups sliced celery 2 small onions, chopped |
1 (10-1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup 1 (10-1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 1-1/2 soup cans of water 2 to 3 tablespoons soy sauce 1/2 cup uncooked rice |

Roll meat in flour and brown in fat. Stir in rest of ingredients and pour into a greased 2 quart baking dish. Bake uncovered 1-1/2 hours at 325 degrees. |
