1/2 pound pork sausage 3/4 cup sliced mushrooms 1/4 cup sliced green onions 1/2 pound Velveeta Process Cheese Spread, cubed |
4 cups (3/4 inch) bread cubes 1 cup milk 4 eggs |

Brown sausage; drain. Add vegetables, continue cooking 5 minutes; drain. Set aside to cool 10 minutes. Stir together sausage mixture, Velveeta cheese spread and bread cubes; place in greased 8 inch square baking dish. Beat milk and eggs. Pour over sausage mixture. Cover; refrigerate several hours. Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Remove cover. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. |
