1 (16 oz.) container of sour cream 1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes 8 oz. cooked, diced ham 2 cans condensed cream of potato soup |
2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese 1-1/2 cups Parmesan cheese 1 can jalapeno peppers (opt.) lettuce

Instructions: |
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. In a large bowl, mix hash browns, ham, cream of potato soup, sour cream and Cheddar cheese. Spread evenly into prepared baking pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 1 hour or until bubbly and lightly brown. Garnish with jalapeno peppers.
Serve on a lettuce leaf. |
