5 potatoes, peeled and sliced 2 (8 oz.) cartons whipping cream 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese |
2 tablespoons margarine garlic powder salt and pepper |

In greased 9x13-inch baking dish, layer potatoes and a little salt and pepper. In saucepan, combine the cream, mustard, 2 tablespoons margarine and a little garlic powder; heat to boiling. Pour over potatoes. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover and top with Parmesan cheese. Bake 10 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender. |
