1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced 3 medium apples, peeled and sliced |

Brown sausage, breaking up large pieces. Drain off fat. Blend sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt and water. Combine all ingredients in 2-quart casserole; cover. Bake at 375 degrees till potatoes and apples are tender, about 45 minutes; stir once or twice. |
